Our Mission
Paradocx Vineyard,
an independent vinifera and premium hybrid wine grape grower, is nestled
among the rolling hills of southern Chester County, Pennsylvania.
Moderating influences of the Chesapeake and Delaware bays and the southern
sloping mica soils afford Paradocx an unique mesoclimate in the
region. This mesoclimate coupled with state-of-the-art viticulture
practices, makes this a winning combination. The owners and management of
Paradocx Vineyard adhere to the principle that winemaking begins in the
vineyard.
Each year, our goal is to offer our winemaker, Dave Hoffman, the best grapes that our site has to offer.
Thereby affording the winemaker the best start for
a quality wine in the bottle. Total acreage is 101 acres with 30 acres
under vine. 27 acres are vinifera and 3 acres are Chambourcin and Vidal. For the future, we have
approximately 25 acres of prime vineyard land that can be planted as the
need in the industry grows.
Take a few
minutes to look over the
varieties we have to
offer and email or call for availability.
