Cooking Class with Mezze at Paradocx Vineyard

Saturday, April 14th, 6pm-8pm

Chef Andrew will be teaching the class how to make Cioppino, a San Franciscan fisherman's Stew.
Cioppino is a wonderfully delicate shellfish stew using a rich but light tomato and saffron broth with notes of fennel and plenty of fresh vegetables.
Chef Andrew will also be offering the  popular focaccia, a roman yeast bread that soaks up all of the great flavors in our broth.
