This is our first release. Blended with Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc rounds out the dark berry fruits and gives depth with some slight earthy notes. Aged for 12 months in French and American oak of various ages. A fine and balanced wine enjoyed alone and well suited to food. Drinking well now, and we anticipate it will improve over the next 2 to 3 years with a long finish.
