The fruitfulness of Pinot Blanc is often compared to chardonnay. Our Pinot Blanc has a delicate fruity and floral aroma with a crisp mineral palate. It has been made in stainless steel to preserve these qualities. Closely related to Pinot Grigio, it is lighter in color and slightly less aromatic due to the difference in the skins. A great starter wine that's also good with shellfish and cheeses. Paradocx is one of the few Pinot Blanc growers in the east, so quantities are limited.
