A medium body, well-balanced wine made with multiple chardonnay clones from our own Paradocx Vineyard, fermented and aged on the lees in French oak barrels. Enjoy the hints of grapefruit, gooseberry, mandarin, and nutty flavors, with a pleasant buttery finish. Goes great with chicken entrées in cream sauce, pork, and fish.
